You set up your own mini-site on AO Home. You post your products, prices, details and create a profile.
If you need help, you can get in touch with us and we'll offer advice or even services such as photography and copywriting.
If a customer sees something they like, they can order it on your store page.
Customers will be able to contact you through AO Home, so you can offer bespoke and personalised products if it suits what you do.
Once we have confirmation of an order, and payment is received, we let you know where to send the order to. We don't stock your products, so it's up to you to arrange delivery as soon as the item is ready.
We offer a guide on how to price delivery costs for various items so that you don't end up out of pocket.
Once the customer has received their product and indicated that they're satisfied, we'll send you the payment, minus our standard fee.
We hold onto the money for 14-25 days in case of a dispute, but we always aim to resolve these disputes in the best interests of both sellers and buyers.
